Background:

A Talbot Co. resident since 1979, Joyce came to the eastern shore as a registered nurse and graduate of the U. of MD to live on a family farm in Royal Oak.
In 1987, Joyce began selling real estate while involved in several waterfront development projects and thus embarked on a career in real estate.
In the early 90's Joyce opened Aaset Realty and Auctioneers as co-owner/broker. During that time much was learned about the importance of perception and the marketing of real estate.
Then in 1999, in the midst of a bull market in real estate, Joyce became partners in Prudential Premier properties.
